Need your magical mail a little sooner? This add-on allows you to jump the queue and have your order created & packed ahead of standard processing times

Two Options Available:

⭐ $25 – Rush My Order (Keep Standard Shipping)

Your order is moved to the front of the production list, created as soon as possible during business hours, and posted with standard shipping.

⭐ $40 – Rush My Order + Express Shipping Upgrade

Your order is moved to the front and shipped via Express Post.

If you have already selected Express Post at checkout, please choose the $25 option instead.

How It Works

Choosing a rush option means your order will be prioritised ahead of regular orders, but behind any customers who purchased a rush add-on before you.

This ensures fairness while still giving your order the fastest creation time possible.

Once purchased, your order is:

• Processed first during business hours
• Created sooner than standard timeframe
• Packed and lodged ASAP within business days
• Shipped via Standard or Express depending on your selection

Rush processing does NOT mean same-day dispatch, but it does shorten the time needed to complete, package, and send your order.

Important Terms & Conditions

Please read before adding this to your cart:

✨ Priority Processing, Not Instant Creation

This fee moves your order ahead of standard orders, but creation and packing still occur during business hours on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

✨ Queue Order Still Applies

You will be placed at the front of the list behind any other rush orders that were purchased before yours. This keeps the system fair for all customers.

✨ Does Not Shorten Postal Transit Times (Unless Express Is Chosen)

The $25 option does not change shipping speed — only creation time.

To speed up postal delivery, choose the $40 express upgrade (if you haven’t already selected Express shipping at checkout).

✨ One Rush Add-On Per Order

Only purchase one rush upgrade per order.

If Express Shipping was already selected at checkout, you do not need to choose the $40 option — the $25 option is perfect.

✨ Non-Refundable Add-ON

As this fee pays for reserved priority time and reorganisation of the production queue, it is non-refundable, even if postage delays occur (those are out of our hands once lodged).
