Returns & Refunds
As all of our letters and keepsakes are personalised and made to order, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind. Please ensure names and details are entered correctly at checkout, as we cannot be responsible for errors made during ordering.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. In these cases, we will happily arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit in line with Australian Consumer Law.
For non-personalised products (such as sensory play items or décor), our standard returns policy applies: refunds or replacements are available for faulty items only.
